Mark Reid has been in love with art since he was 5 years old. He started taking art lessons at the age of 10 and throughout high school.
At the age of 37 Mark started painting faces in his home town.
His talent has led him on a journey like no other.
He has traveled to 25 countries and 47 states, painting and teaching face and body art.
His accomplishments are as follows:
2004 • 1st place International Face and Body Art Convention.
2005 • 2007 Tuaca Body Art Ball – United States Tour.
2006 • Co-organizer 2006 US Bodypainting Competition.
2007 • World Body Painting Festival - 7th Place.
2008 • World Body Painting Festival – 1st Place Preliminaries, 3rd Place World.
2010 • 2014 – Instructor at the World Body Painting Academy.
2013 • Featured Body Artist on the Travel Channel “Sturgis Raw”.
Mark is a yearly contributor to the rally at Sturgis and the Texas State Fair.
Mark has also painted uncounted murals and continues to hold face and body painting classes.
He is available for private paintings and special events.
